With the purchase or use of the WibertIS UG products, the privacy of the user is protected to the extent described here, in accordance with this data protection guideline. For WilbertIS UG products that are obtained from the Store, the attached version of the Privacy Policy applies first. Questions about the data protection declaration can be asked via the forum provided on the website or sent in writing to the company contact given (see imprint).

This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

The use of the WibertIS UG products or the entry on the website is subject to the principles set out here:

What data we collect:

The RandomTask/Random Choice app available in the Store does not currently collect any user data after the installation and during it's usage. The in the App prompted inputs for using the App are currently not saved and are after exiting the App turned off.

This means that there is no confidential user data that can be shared with others. This does not result in any data retention.

On the wilbertis.com website we collect data as follows:

Forum entry: We will use information that you may transmit to us with your entry accordingly. If contact details are given to us and we use them for another purpose, we will inform you beforehand and obtain your consent.

Passive Data Collection: Information collected automatically when you navigate through content or interact with content on our website. No data cookies (dCookies) are currently stored and recorded by WibertIS UG products.

The only purpose for passive data collection would be to improve your user experience or is mandatory by any official request.

Protocol data and device-specific data

The following information can be collected via your end device and browser when you download the App from the Store:

- IP address of your end device (it is collected and stored in an anonymous format - without username) and the connected additional computer;
- terminal type (unique terminal identifiers);
- the number of clicks
- cookies: Currently not applied

Third Party Services

WibertIS UG uses various services "hosted" by third parties, e.g. Google Analytics and Optimize. These services may collect data sent by your browser as part of the website request.

Access and Disclosure of Data
We may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information with third parties. The forum is currently not actively evaluated.

Provided Programs
No programs (drivers) are currently available on the www.wilbertis.com website. The website serves only

to present the products offered in the Store. This is currently limited to the RandomTask App.

How we secure the WilbertIS UG data
The forum is at your disposal for questions and comments. The backup is therefore not necessary. Nevertheless, the entries remain

usually retained until they are manually deleted.

We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time. The current version of the policy, available on the website www.wilbertis.com.
